Built in Toronto, with the shop, not just for it
Youssef Saad
Founder and Lead Engineer
Youssef studies Engineering Science at the University of Toronto and started building Piston AI in May 2025. In September 2025, HVAC Ontario became the first shop to run it.
He builds and tunes every front office himself. That means working with the owner on what the team actually needs from a call, testing it until it meets their bar, and staying on it after launch.
Piston AI is a Toronto business. We work with HVAC and home service shops across Ontario.
How we work
Proof before claims
Every number on this site comes from a real shop and is attributed to its owner.
Honest AI
It says it is an AI when asked. Callers deserve to know.
Your rules
Your front office follows how your shop dispatches, not a template.
Hear it before you decide
Call it now. Ask Maya, our demo agent for a sample HVAC shop, about a furnace repair or an AC quote. A few seconds after you hang up, you get the same text your customers would get.
